Jessica Ting is a pastry chef with 10 years of experience in baking and decorating cakes. She started her career as a copywriter, and soon realised that becoming a pastry chef was her true forte. She studied in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute, then started her career in many of Sydney's fine dining restaurants and 5 star hotels in the city.
Jessica's advertising background has also led her to create her own brand image of Miss Shortcakes, and this can be found in her new website www.miss-shortcakes.com
